Shipping Policy

Order Processing 

We strive to process all orders within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). However, processing times may be affected by factors such as incomplete payment, inaccurate shipping details, or high demand during peak seasons. In such cases, we will contact customers via email to resolve any issues before proceeding with the order to ensure successful delivery. 

Shipping Time

Estimated shipping times are as follows: 

United States: 7-15 business days (Monday to Friday)

International: 10-14 business days (Monday to Friday)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our  control, including but not limited to: 

• Adverse weather conditions 

• Holiday-related delays 

• Carrier disruptions or errors 

While we make every effort to provide accurate tracking updates, Arden Main is not  responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other external factors. 

Order Processing Cut-Off

To ensure accurate and timely fulfillment, orders submitted after 8:00 PM CST are queued for processing on the following business day. Orders placed prior to this time are generally processed the same business day, excluding weekends and holidays.

Taxes and Duties 

Orders placed with Arden Main do not include any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for any additional  charges assessed by their local customs office. We recommend contacting your country's customs authority for more information on potential fees before placing an order. 

Important: Arden Main is not liable for any delays resulting from customs clearance procedures. The release of shipments is at the sole discretion of the customs authorities in the destination country. 

Order Cancellation 

If you need to cancel an order after payment, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, due to our expedited processing system, we cannot guarantee cancellation. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it will not be eligible for cancellation, and you may need to follow our return process upon receipt of the item.

Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

In the event of failed delivery attempts, incorrect address information or undelivered packages, orders may be returned to us. We will contact you if this occurs and arrange a new shipment, which may incur additional shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately by email: support@ardenmain.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the problem and find a solution as soon as possible.
