When You Are Charged
Your payment method is charged at the time you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of completing checkout. If your payment cannot be processed, your order will not be placed and you will not be charged.
Payment Security
Your security is important to us. All transactions on ardenmain.com are processed through Shopify's PCI DSS–compliant payment infrastructure. Our entire site is encrypted with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology — look for the padlock icon in your browser's address bar.
We never see, store, or have access to your full credit card number. Card details are transmitted directly to our payment processor in encrypted form.
Taxes
Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. The total you see on the checkout page before you confirm your order is the total you will be charged — no hidden fees.
Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, please verify your billing address matches the address on file with your card issuer, or try an alternative payment method. If problems persist, contact your bank or reach out to us and we'll be glad to help.
Refunds to Your Payment Method
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please see our Refund Policy for full details. Once a refund is processed on our end, please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
